Frequently asked questions about designs

How does the label designer work?

This handy tool allows you to design your personalized label! Click on the different colors and the preview will change with them. Click on the images and the label you clicked will appear on the preview. Enter text in the text fields (note! uppercase and lowercase letters are printed as you entered them!), and determine the size of the text field by clicking on the font sizes. If your text is too long, choose a smaller font size. If YOU don't, Labelstudio will print your text so that it still prints nicely within the label. Does our label designer give you more text fields than you need? No problem: just enter text in the fields you need and leave the others blank: the text will be centered automatically.

Can I choose the placement of objects on the label?

No, images are always placed to the left of the label (in the case of the bag hanger at the top center) and the text is always centered. Consequently, your labels will look like on the preview. Our experience has taught us that this gives the best results.

Does my label look exactly as it does on the preview?

Yes, in that your chosen text will be printed in your chosen font and size and color. If you do not heed the warning when your text is too large/too long, Labelstudio will adjust the text size so that it still fits nicely within the label. The colors on your computer may differ from the Labelstudio colors: this depends on the settings on your computer and we cannot change that. But red remains red, blue remains blue,.... only the hue may differ.

Can I choose a color that is not in the color palette?

No, all available colors are listed by product! Usually you can get any color with each product. However, in some cases (e.g. the bag pendant no gray) some colors are omitted because otherwise the final design would not be clear.

Can I upload my own image?

To date, this has not been possible. An image must have several characteristics to be processed by our specific software. However, you can always express your desire by mail so that we have an overview of which images are still missing in our range... who knows, maybe you will find the desired theme a few months later! who knows, maybe you will find the desired theme a few months later!

Frequently asked questions about ordering

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, this is not necessary. An account is especially useful when you want to order again on our site. Your profile is then already created and you do not have to enter all the data again. You can also see what you have ordered in the past: useful for additional orders.

I would have liked more or fewer labels than what Labelstudio indicates

The indicated quantity per product is clearly defined. It is technically not possible to print less labels than indicated. If you would like to order more labels than what is indicated, please contact us by email for a personalized quote.

I have placed and paid for my order, now what?

You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have received your order and payment. We ship within 2 business days of receiving your payment (usually faster). You will also receive an email when your order ships.

Can I also have an order at Labelstudio wrapped as a gift?

Naturally! To do this, check the gift box on the order summary. Are not all items ordered intended as gifts? If so, please describe this clearly in "order comments".... otherwise, all items in the shopping cart will be wrapped as gifts!

Would you like a card with a message attached to the gift? That's also possible: note the text in the field at "gift card".

Each voucher has a specific coupon code by which only the owner can claim the discount. After use, this code expires and the coupon is therefore unusable.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can! Enter the required delivery address. Please make sure that the address is correct? So that you also change the name. The letter carrier will only post a letter if the addressee is actually domiciled at that address.

Frequently asked questions about deliveries

What is included in the price?

The price includes the product and VAT. Shipping cost via letter post with priority stamps is €2.95 for Belgium and €3.95 for the Netherlands. €5.95 for France, Germany and Luxembourg.

For orders over €30, we will cover the shipping costs for orders to Belgium and the Netherlands. From an order higher than €45, we will cover the shipping costs for orders to Germany, France and Luxembourg.

It may happen that we choose to send your order by parcel anyway, with track and trace code that you receive via Bpost or postNL. These extra costs are of course for us. Sometimes an order weighs so much that 3 stamps have to be put on the letter and that is almost as much as sending a parcel.

What if I ordered the wrong product?

Or submitted the wrong text? Orders that have been processed and printed can no longer be cancelled or modified. Therefore, always check the summary page carefully for spelling errors (upper and lower case), color choice, font,... Incoming orders will not be printed within the next hour. So if you have noticed your mistake within this time, you can send us an e-mail with the adjusted version clearly described so we can still change your order! Orders can still be changed within this time but never cancelled or refunded.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order via the shipping method of your choice within 2 business days after we receive your payment. Sometimes this is earlier, at no additional cost of course! You will receive an email message in your mailbox. Have you not received an email from us? Then check your spam box.

Standard shipping letterbox post: delivery usually takes place within 2-5 working days for an address in Belgium. In exceptional cases this can take up to 10 working days.  Please be patient before emailing us?

Track and Trace Bpost shipping: You have received a separate email about this. You can follow the status via this link. Delivery in Belgium usually takes place the next working day. (Labelstudio is not responsible for deviations in the delivery time, e.g. strikes, force majeure,...)

Be sure to check that the shipping address is correct and complete (box number)! A  postman will not post a letter to an address where you are not domiciled!

Did you make a mistake in your address? Then that is the reason why the order does not arrive. This responsibility is of course yours. Letterbox mail has no track and trace, but those letters usually come back to us (note, this can take months). In that case, you can email us asking us to reprint your order at a discounted rate so that you still get your order quickly. By the way, we will post the order that is returned one more time to the correct address for free.

What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

Do you have any complaints? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@labelstudio.be, describe the problem and leave your contact information. We will get back to you as soon as possible and work together to find a solution!

By using your products, I have damage to my goods!

We always send instructions for use with each product. If you do not apply them properly (e.g. ironing label on delicate textile, ironed too long, ...), we can not be held responsible for this.

Can I return my order?

Yes, but only non-personalized products. The purchase price will be refunded within 30 days. Non-personalized products can be returned, at the buyer's expense, to Labelstudio, Rommersheide K 15 at 2960 Brecht. The right of withdrawal does not apply to our personalized products due to their personal nature. See article 10.14 from the General Terms and Conditions.
